Why I call my art Activations
My art begins with beauty.
It becomes something more through relationship.
I create each piece with intention, curiosity, and deep listening. Somewhere along the way, it seems to take on a life of its own. A feeling. A presence. A quiet invitation.
That's why I call them Activations.
Not because they promise a particular experience, but because they have a way of meeting people exactly where they are.
Every Activation eventually reveals its own name. Grace. Beauty. Forgiveness. Leadership. The name doesn't come first. It arrives as the painting unfolds.
The geometry, color, and symbolism form a visual language that speaks beyond words. You don't have to understand it. You simply have to spend a little time with it.
